Q - Do you book my award ticket(s)?
A - No. At this time we only find availability, provide the flight details and, if requested, how to book your ticket(s)
Q - When do I pay for your services?
A - It is free to submit your request. We will let you know when we find your flights and will send an invoice. Upon payment we will send the flight details.
Q - What if the flights are no longer available when I try to book them?
A - Your flight details will contain the date and time we found the available flights. If you try to book the flights within 36 hours and the flights are no longer available we will either find different flights or provide you with a refund. Due to the high demand for award flights, we highly recommend that you book your flights as soon as we send you the flight details.
